Abigail Adams & 18th-Century Clothing Talk

Join us as we welcome Sarah Walsh back to Buttonwoods on Wednesday, April 1st at 6:30pm to give a talk about Abigail Adams and 18th-century clothing. We will serve punch made from a period recipe and very light snacks.
Tickets will be $30* and all proceeds will go towards funding our upcoming “Stitching History Together” exhibit and dressmaking demonstration scheduled for July. An original gown worn by Abigail Adams will come out of storage for this event, but it will not be mounted due to its fragile state. This is a great opportunity to check out a special, rarely displayed, artifact!

*you may pay with either cash or card. Pay what you can, no one will be turned away for lack of funds
