Museums 250

We’re commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Revolution in Massachusetts, the place where it all began. And what better way to tell that story than in our museums that showcase our remarkable history. Museums participating in the Museums 250 program will have a MA250 sticker next to pieces that represent the American Revolution and speak directly to the last 250 years of American history in Massachusetts. From the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston to the Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, a number of museums have a collection or exhibit or pieces dedicated to the history of America and the Revolutionary spirit of those who fought for independence.
