Carbo Loading Menu (Fri, April 18th from 4:30-9pm): il Casale Lexington will offer a carbo loading menu for dine-ins on April 18 ahead of 111th Patriots’ Day 5-Mile Road Race on April 19, which will feature its Tufoli al Pomodoro (tubular pasta, San Marzano tomato sugo, grana Padano, basil) at ½ off, Tagliatelle Bolognese (9 hour ragu of beef, pork, veal, chicken, mirepoix, vino Sangiovese, a little sundried tomato paste, sage), Spaghetti Ai Frutti Di Mare (shrimp, mussels, white wine saffron broth, garlic, parsley), and more.
