1774 and All That: Reflections on a Long Year of Revolution

Named a best book of the year by The Wall Street Journal, one of the most acclaimed and original colonial historians of our time, Mary Beth Norton, shares her landmark text 1774: The Long Year of Revolution chronicling the changes that occurred from December 1773 to April 1775—from the Boston Tea Party to the Battles of Lexington and Concord. Norton captures the tension and drama of this pivotal year in American history and brings it to life as no other historian has done before. Professor Norton will be joined in conversation to bring to life this foundational moment in American history.
