Marblehead Museum has announced the tour line-up for its 2026 Patriot Houses Tour. This self-guided tour offers guests the unique opportunity to explore four of Marblehead’s finest historic private homes. These homes were occupied by families who put their lives on the line to fight for independence and the establishment of the fledgling country.
During this self-guided house tour, guests may set their own pace as they visit the first floors of these storied historic homes.
This year’s homes, include:
Nathaniel Hooper House, Washington Street
Jonathan Glover’s Eagle House, Front Street
Jeremiah Lee Carriage House, Hooper Street
Benjamin Stacey House, Washington Street
Visitors also have the opportunity to explore the Museum’s iconic 1768 Jeremiah Lee Mansion.
All funds raised support Marblehead Museum’s educational programming and collections. Marblehead Museum is a private non-profit and does not receive local, state, or federal funding except through competitive grants.
