A Conversation with Submit Clapp Baker in Commemoration of Evacuation Day

Through the magic of time travel, Middie Clapp Baker (1749-1836) shares her memories of events, people, and Dorchester life in the second of the 18th century, including the fortification of Dorchester heights and the subsequesnt departure of the Bristih from Boston on March 17, 1776, giving up their occupatrion without a shot being fired. All ages welcome!
